I.Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:
– ask and answer about the time and talk about their schedule.
– listen and fill in the information about the time and some subjects.
– review the present simple tense.
II.Language contents:

-Vocabulary: schedule, physical education, favorite, subject, important, difficult, fun

=> Classes start at 7 o’clock.
c) What time do they finish? (Chúng kết thúc lúc mấy giờ?)
=> They finish at eleven thirty.
d) What time do you have lunch? (Bạn ăn trưa lúc mấy giờ?)
=> I have lunch at eleven fourty-five.
e) What time do you go to bed? (Bạn đi ngủ lúc mấy giờ?)
=> I go to bed at 10 o’clock.

Write your schedule in your exercise book. Then ask and answer question about your schedule with a partner. (Viết thời khóa biểu của bạn vào vở bài tập. Sau đó hỏi và trả lời các câu hỏi về thời khóa biểu của em với bạn học.)
Gợi ý: Các bạn viết thời khóa biểu dạng bảng vào vở bài tập, sau đó dựa vào bảng để hỏi và trả lời các câu hỏi giống như:

B: I have Literature classes on Monday and Wednesday.

SCHOOLS IN THE USA
Schools in the USA are a little different from schools in Viet Nam. Usually, there is no school uniform. Classes start at S.30 each morning and the school day ends at 3.30 or 4 o’clock. There are no lessons on Saturday.
Students have one hour for lunch and two 20-minute breaks each day. One break is in the morning, the other is in the afternoon. Students often go lo the school cafeteria and buy snacks and drinks at a break or at lunchtime. The most popular after-school activities are baseball, football and basketball.

TRƯỜNG HỌC Ở MỸ
Trường học ở Mỹ thì hơi khác với trường học ở Việt Nam. Thường thì không có đồng phục học sinh. Giờ học bắt đầu lúc 8 giờ 30 mỗi sáng và ngày học ở trường kết thúc vào lúc 3 giờ 30 hoặc 4 giờ. Không có giờ học vào thứ Bảy.
Học sinh có một giờ để ăn trưa và hai lần giải lao 20 phút mỗi ngày. Một lần giải lao vào buổi sáng, lần kia vào buổi chiều. Học sinh thường đi đến quán ăn tự phục vụ của trường để mua đồ ăn nhẹ và đồ uống vào giờ giải lao hoặc giờ ăn trưa. Các hoạt động ngoại khóa phổ biến nhất là bóng chày, bóng đá và bóng rổ.
