2.Skills:To develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3.Attitude: To have a sense of doing housework.

Getting Started
Write the chores you often do at home. (Hãy viết ra những việc em thường làm ở nhà.)
a.She is washing dishes. (Cô ấy đang rửa chén bát.)
b.She is making the bed. (Cô ấy đang sửa soạn giường.)
c.She is sweeping the floor. (Cô ấy đang quét nhà.)
d.She is cooking. (Cô ấy đang nấu cơm.)
e.She is tidying up. (Cô ấy đang dọn dẹp cho ngăn nắp.)

Listen and Read
Nam: Hello.
Mrs. Vui: Nam, it’s Mom.
Nam: Hi, Mom.
Mrs. Vui: I’m going to be home late tonight.
I have to go and visit Grandma after work.
Nam: What time will you be home?
M rs. Vui: I’ll be home after dinner.
I’m sorry, but you’ll have to cook dinner yourself.
Nam: All right.
Mrs. Vui: There’s rice in the cupboard, but you ought to go to the
market yourself and buy some fish and vegetables. The steamer is under the sink, between the saucepan and the frying pan. The rice cooker is beside the stove.
Nam: OK. Give my love to Grandma.
Mrs. Vui: I will. Oh, I almost forgot. Can you call Aunt Chi, please?
Ask her to meet me at Grandma’s house.
Nam: No problem. Bye, Mom.
Mrs, Vui: Bye.
Hướng dẫn dịch :
Nam: Xin chào.
Bà Vui: Mẹ đây Nam.
Nam: Chào mẹ.
Bà Vui: Tối nay mẹ sẽ về muộn. Mẹ phải đi thăm bà sau khi tan sở.
Nam: Mấy giờ thì mẹ về?
Bà Vui: Sau bữa cơm tối mẹ sẽ về. Mẹ lấy làm tiếc, nhưng mà con phải tự nấu cơm tối cho mình nhé.
Nam: Con nấu được mà.
Bà Vui: Có gạo trong tủ thức ăn ấy, nhưng con phải tự đi chợ mua một ít cá và rau quả nhé. Nồi hấp ở dưới bồn rửa, ở giữa cái xoong và cái chảo rán. Nồi cơm điện ở bên cạnh lò nấu.
Nam: Dạ. Mẹ cho con gửi lời hỏi thăm bà nhé.
Bà Vui: Mẹ sẽ chuyển lời con. Ồ! Chút nữa thì mẹ quên. Con gọi điện cho dì Chi nhé. Hãy nói dì đến gặp mẹ ở nhà bà.
Nam: Không thành vấn đề. Chào mẹ.
Bà Vui: Chào con.
