Filling in a form (Điền vào mẫu đơn.)
Task 1. Work in pairs. Answer the following questions. (Làm việc theo cặp. Trả lời các câu hỏi sau.)
1. On what occasions do you have to fill in a form? (Bạn phải điền vào một mẫu đơn trong các tình huống nào?)
=> I have to fill in a form when I enroll a class or a course, book a hotel room or apply for a job.
2. What sort of information do you often have to provide when you fill in a form? (Bạn thường cần phải cung cấp dạng thông tin nào khi bạn điền vào mẫu đơn.)
=> When I fill in a form, I have lo provide my personal information or my background.
Task 2. Forms do not usually ask questions, but they ask for information. Match a line in A with a question in B. (Các mẫu đơn thường không hỏi các câu hỏi, nhưng chúng yêu cầu thông tin. Ghép một dòng ở A với một câu hỏi ở B.)
