Bài 1. Listen to the conversation between a stranger and Duy’s dad. Fill in the blanks with the words you hear.

B: Nó nằm trên đường Lê Duẩn. Rẽ phải ở ngã tư thứ hai và nó nằm bên tay trái bạn.

Bài 2. Listen to the conversation again. Choose the correct places from the list below. Write the correct letters A-F on the map.

B: Go to the end of this street. It’s on your right

A: And where is the lower secondary school?

B: It’s in Le Duan Street. Take the second right and it’s on your left.

A: Great! Where can I have some coffee?

B: ‘Quynh’ Café in Tran Quang Dieu Street is a good one.

A: How can I get there?

B: First turn left, then turn right. Go straight. It’s on your left.

A: How about an art gallery?

B: First take the third left. Then go to the end of Le Loi Street, and it’s on your right.

I’d like to tell you some good things and some bad things about living in my neibourhood. I like it because it has beautiful parks, lakes, stadiums. There are many shops, restaurants, café and markets. The streets are wide and clean, there are many buildings and offices but its not very crowded and busyễ There are many puclic transportations: bus, metro, train… I dislike one thing about it. The people here are not very friendly. They don’t greet when they meet each other on the streets. Tôi muốn kể cho bạn nghe những điều hay và không hay về việc sống ở khu phố của tôi.

 

Tôi thích khu phố tôi bởi vì nó có công viễn xinh đẹp, có hồ, sân vận động. Có nhiều cửa hàng, nhà hàng, quán cà phê, chợ. Đường phố thì rộng và sạch. Có nhiều tòa nhà và văn phòng nhưng nó không quá đông đúc và nhộn nhịp. Có nhiều phương tiện công cộng: xe buýt, tàu điện ngầm, xe lửa… Tôi không thích một diều về nó. Những người ở đây không thân thiện lắm. Họ không chào khi gặp nhau trên đường.
